So.... it had been crazy these last few days. About a week and half ago jason and I found a leak in our roof. He found thus company leo contracting. Let me just say this company is professional, does quality work and the staff was very friendly. Knowledgeable fast and efficient in the job. In 2023 jason and I had to replace the subfloor in our home and we hired a terrible contractor he did it incorrectly and poorly. Leo contracting replaced the roof, found the leak in one day! Redid our sub floors in the bathroom, hallway and kitchen, cleaned and laid plastic in our crawl space. All in a very timely manner. They helped put us at ease when doing the work, talked with us at every point and noticed and notified us when they needed to have something else fixed. Gave us a price up front and a contract to follow. They came out as soon as we called and looked everything over. Very forthcoming with information and knowledge on the job. Walther Flores recently did a few large projects for me on my very old, historic house.  He replaced wood, power washed and painted the entire outside including the metal roof.  He replaced an old deck on a side porch with new composite flooring to extend to an outdoor shower.  This involved removal of a tree stump.  There were a few indoor projects that were also well done.   The workers he employs are diligent, extremely hardworking and very pleasant.  Walther, himself is a "master" of good communication with his clients and his prices very reasonable.
